Moving Fee

There is a $150 “move-in” fee. No common elements, such as light fixtures or doors, are to be detached or removed without the written permission of association management. Residents moving in or out are responsible for any damage they or those assisting them do to common areas.  Tractor-trailers are not allowed in CVIII’s parking lot. If your furniture is being transported on this type of truck, it will have to be loaded or unloaded on the street.

Need to obtain a temporary parking permit and/ or reserve parking spaces for the moving truck?  Call Arlington County Department of Public Works, 703-228-3575, explain what you need, and they will refer you to the appropriate office.

Storage Bins

All residents of CVIII have been assigned a storage bin for their personal use.  Residents are reminded that items they wish to store must be placed inside the assigned storage bin and not in the storage room corridors or on top of the storage bins.

If an item is too large to fit inside the storages bin, it must be stored elsewhere (inside your unit or off Village III property).

All items left in the storage room outside of the storage bins will be considered abandoned and will be removed from the storage room and disposed of by management.

Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.  Please contact the Site Office at (703) 525 5557 if you have any questions or require clarification of this policy.
