Presidents' Day Holiday Office Hours

CVIII’s property management office will be closed on Monday, 15 February 2010, in observance of the Presidents' Day holiday. CVIII’s property management office will reopen on Tuesday, 16 February 2010, at 8:30 a.m. If you require emergency maintenance service on Monday, 18 February 2008, please call 703 525 5557.  A member of the maintenance staff is on-call and will respond.

Rosslyn Metrorail Station Will Be Closed Over Presidents Day Weekend

Please be advised that the Rosslyn Metrorail station on the Blue and Orange Lines will be closed and the Arlington Cemetery Metrorail station on the Blue Line will also be closed from 10 p.m., Friday, Feb. 12 to closing, Monday, Feb. 15, while Metro undertakes a major track rehabilitation project. Normal service will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 5 a.m. To help people get around the work zone, Metro will operate free shuttle buses between the Court House and Foggy Bottom-GWU Metrorail stations and between the Pentagon and Foggy Bottom-GWU Metrorail stations. Customers should build at least 40 extra minutes into their travel plans if they need to pass through the work zone.

February 2010 Board of Directors Meeting

The February 2010 meeting of CVIII’s Board of Directors is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, 17 February 2010, in the conference room in the Colonial Village Property Management office at 1903 Key Blvd.

2009-2010 Parking Stickers

Parking permit stickers for CVIII's lot for 2009-2010 can be obtained from CVIII's property management office at 1903 Key Blvd. between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each unit is entitled to one sticker. You may download an application form by clicking here. Application forms  are also available at the Key Blvd. property management office. Please complete an application form and bring it along with your vehicle’s state registration form and your operator's permit when you come to pick up your 2009-2010 sticker. Tenants must bring a copy of their lease. 2008 stickers expired at midnight on 31 May 2009. Cars with expired stickers will be towed. Please make sure that you get a new sticker!
